Mrs. Vidhya Bhojan
Founder
A motivated professional with 19+ years of experience in large corporates managing all levels of large scale and small scale projects including: Strategy, Communication, Execution and Reporting.
All through her career, Vidhya’s passion always had an inclination towards societal good, her weekends would end up doing career guidance for school children from economically weaker sections. During weekdays, Vidhya helped her peers in learning and development in her personal capacity. As a mentor and behavioral coach, Vidhya has trained and steered the career of 1000+ students. She designed & developed skills training modules for graduates as a part of a NASSCOM Initiative.
When she found her IKIGAI, Vidhya incorporated Right Dots, a CSR Consulting firm that helps to connect the right dots making impactful social change. Through Right Dots, Vidhya helps CSR Leaders of large corporates to NGOs across India to find right projects and execute them in the right way. Measuring of impact in any social program is very vital and Right Dots does that in a thorough professional manner documenting the quantitative and qualitative impact of the program that give directions to future social investments.
Vidhya is a Six Sigma and ISO auditor certified professional. Holds a B.Sc. Computer Technology, Post graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis and currently pursuing M.Sc. in Counseling Psychology.
